How do I get support?
The Mukurtu Mobile app includes offline help content as well as links to our online Support Center.
On the Login screen before you login you will find a link to a help page which says “Need help to login?” with information about account options and demo login.
In the mobile app Settings window you will also find a Help section with offline FAQs, and after these, there are buttons linking to this Support Center and our online Video Tutorials collection.
