How to Manage Community and Cultural Protocol (group) Membership Lists Display
Note: This feature was first included in version 2.0.8
Community managers and protocol stewards can choose how group members’ usernames will be displayed on the community and cultural protocol pages. This is managed on a group-by-group basis.
There are three options for group membership list displays:
Do not display membership list
Display all members
Display only community managers/protocols stewards
These settings control the membership list visibility for visitors and community members. The full membership list will always be available to community managers and protocol stewards.
From the appropriate group page, Edit the group.
Navigate to the Advanced tab, and select the desired display from the Membership List Options dropdown menu, and Save your changes.
